The honest story of why Rékov exists — and why it took this long to build.

I've trained consistently for over fifteen years — the kind of consistency where the gym isn't a resolution, it's just Tuesday. In that time I tried every program, every split, every piece of equipment worth trying. But the part of the routine that never got easier was the ten minutes right after the last set, standing at my car with a shaker bottle in one hand and a fistful of pill bottles in the other.
